Matt Wiggers has his roots in solid Marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods for Multinational companies in Europe and Asia. In 2002, he moved to “The other side of the table” by creating his own agency. 8 years he run his company until it was sold to a multinational agency group after which Matt took over the leadership of another agency in that group.

End 2014 Matt joined Havas, because of its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit, global network and future vision on creativity, content and technology.

Roy arrived in advertising via unconventional route of studying Master in Global Management at University of Applied Science Bremen, Germany. After doing his internship at TBWA\Duesseldorf Roy returned to Indonesia and began his career at LOWE Indonesia. In 2007 Roy moved to Publicis Indonesia and advanced from Senior Copywriter to Creative Director. After a stint at Y&R, he re-joined Publicis Indonesia as co-Executive Creative Director. He helped Publicis Indonesia for the first time to be runner-up for The Creative Agency of The Year in Campaign Brief Asia Agency Ranking 2014. Since December 2014, Roy joined Havas Worldwide Jakarta with the ambition to raise the creativity bar and go lead the agency to become Indonesia's Top 5 Creative Agency. Roy’s works have been recognized at both the local Citra Pariwara awards and international awards shows, such as Cannes Lions, One Show,Spikes Asia, AdFest, London International Awards, Adstars.

Frances Hamdani Strategy & Insight Director
Frances Hamdani is a qualitative researcher with more than 20+ years of research experiences after handling quantitative during her first years in marketing research. However, later on, she showed interest and passion in qualitative research as it challenges her capability to understand what is really behind what respondents are saying.
Frances is a preferred accredited moderator who has standardized accreditation from Unilever International. She is an experienced moderator in various industries, from FMCG, finance and banking, insurance, automotive, social research, etc. Frances has mastered various methodologies from Focus Group Discussions, In Depth Interviews, Home Visit, Ethnography, to Combined Groups.
Previously, Frances was working in senior positions at AC Nielsen Indonesia, Synovate Indonesia, Acorn Indonesia, and DEKA Research.
Her new role at Havas as Strategic Planner is a further enrichment to her research-based experiences to support clients with an accurate communication path for brand growth amidst competition and market changes

Muhammad Satrio a.k.a Rio , has over 16 years experiences in Advertising.

Before joining Havas, Rio had experiences working with other Multinational Agencies such as Leo Burnett, Lowe, JWT Jakarta & Singapore and Bates.

During those time, he handles multinational and local client such as Unilever, Garuda Indonesia, Abbott, Merck, Ford, Hyundai, Vodafone, Shell, Unicharm, Telkomsel, Bintang Toedjoe, Orang Tua Group, Sampoerna, Nojorono and Kalbe to name a few.

In Havas, Rio responsibilities are to oversee and to grow the account management team so they can provides integrated communication solutions to each of Havas Clients. Those solutions are Above the Line, Below the Line, Activations, Digital, Research and Field Force.
